Individual Certification |

The purpose of the Certified Secure CommerceT individual certification program is to identify and recognize those individuals who have achieved a predefined level of education and experience in the field of commerce security. These certifications are available to all individuals who are members in good standing of the IOSC. Each certification has its own training/education, experience and testing requirements. Members are charged a one-time processing fee of $50 US is their certification application is approved. Certification is maintained by meeting minimum requirements for continuing education and continued IOSC membership. The available individual certifications are:

Facility Certification |

The purpose of the Certified Secure Commerce FacilityT program is to identify and recognize those facilities who have integrated secure business practices into their business process. Facilities qualify for certification by undergoing a facility audit against the standards set forth in the Secure Commerce ProtocolsT. Facility audits for certification may be carried out by any third-party auditor with a current certification as a Certified Secure Commerce Examiner (CSC/E). Requirements for facility certification are: |

*Scheduling an audit is no guarantee of certification. Corrective action, possibly followed by additional audit, may be required. Auditor fees are the responsibility of the company/facility. Any third-party auditor with a current CSC/E certification may be used to perform the audit. Current audit fees for an IOSC staff auditor are $600 US per day plus expenses. The time required to complete an audit is dependant on facility size, nature of operations, and thoroughness of advance preparation. |
